Rick Schultz Rick Schultz, manager at the Minnesota Valley NWR, works in a variety of capacities to support the refuge system. In the Minnesota Valley he helped obtain mitigation funds during expansion of a metropolitan airport runway near the refuge; these funds are now being used to secure lands within the refuge's acquisition boundary and improve visitor services. He actively serves as a Friends group mentor and as an instructor for the Refuge Management Training Academy at the National Conservation Training Center. |
