John Schroer John Schroer has been manager of Chincoteague NWR in Virginia for 15 years and has recently overseen the development and completion of the refuge's new Educational and Administrative Center. Chincoteague is a heavily visited refuge and John has emphasized the development of varied and engaging educational programs, while assuring that the wildlife and habitat are protected and appreciated. John has been effective in involving volunteers and friends throughout refuge activities and accomplishments. |
