Joe Maxwell Joe Maxwell is manager of the Sullys Hill National Game Preserve in North Dakota. He has worked to increase public awareness of the Preserve as an educational, conservation, and visitor attraction asset to the community. He has coordinated with the Sullys Hill Friends Group in expanding the annual bird festival to include more family activities and has added guided hay ride tours on special occasions to enhance visitor appreciation for Sullys Hill habitat and wildlife. He works effectively with local organizations to implement Preserve projects, such as the installation of a handrail to the top of Sullys Hill. |
