Frank Moore Frank Moore has served as treasurer and newsletter editor for the Chincoteague Natural History Association (CNHA) for over 10 years. Both roles are ambitious undertakings since CNHA is active in a variety of fundraising projects, including bus tours and a gift shop, to benefit Virginia's Chincoteague NWR. Frank helped plan the most effective combination of equipment and merchandise for the space designated for the friends group in the refuge's new visitors center. He and his wife Rose produce The Piping Plover newsletter for CNHA, and Frank helped with the association's new brochure. He uses his expertise to draw together and coordinate the various financial considerations involved in managing a busy volunteer organization. |
