Craig Mandel Craig Mandel has been volunteering at Minnesota Valley NWR for more than 12 years, enthusiastically providing more than 40 interpretive programs each year. His ability to introduce refuge wildlife to visitors, describe the connection between wildlife, its habitat, environmental changes and the resulting need for habitat restoration and management have made him a valuable ambassador for the refuge. His reputation as Refuge Interpreter has built a group of faithful followers. His ability to share knowledge and to provide a well-rounded, evocative and memorable experience, leaves listeners with a deeper appreciation and understanding of the wildlife and habitat they view. |
